Refund Policy

COVID STANDARDS: 
Due to Covid, returns or exchanges are not being accepted at this time.  Please check the description box before placing your order.

 
If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be receive a Store Credit. 
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in original condition or have had tags removed. All items must be free from signs of wear and odor. 
We can offer store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return item(s) unused and with tags intact to Nneka Infinite Collection Boutique. Please ensure all packages are sent with a trackable and insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time of receipt for your return to be processed. 
When items are returned outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.
